The PADI Divemaster course develops your leadership skills, dive theory knowledge, and practical ability to assist instructors and supervise dive activities. You’ll learn how to organize dive operations, manage diver safety, conduct briefings, and assist with both training and non-training dives.
This course includes water skills assessments, knowledge development, practical workshops, and real-world dive leadership experience. Upon certification, you’ll be authorized to guide certified divers, conduct refreshers, and assist with PADI courses.
Prerequisites:
- PADI Rescue Diver
- Current CPR/First Aid (within 24 months)
- Minimum 40 logged dives to begin (60 required for certification)
- Minimum age: 18 years
